Presentation of CEAPJ
The Centre for Advanced Studies of Processes and Justice (CEAPJ), pass in the Advice of Government of the UdG number 4/09 of April 30, 2009,  is a space devoted to study, the constructive exchange of ideas, projects and the formation of material of justice, judicial proceedings, and other means of resolving conflict. It is driven by a group of university undergraduates, graduates and Professors, originally from the University of Girona, who work in close collaboration with various universities and training centres, professional associations, and public and private organisms dedicated to the scope of justice. It continually projects its performance in the field of research, assessments and the training of jurists both in the national sphere as well as in the sphere of comparative law. The reaching of agreements, the organization of and participation in courses, seminars and conferences, and the development of national and international projects constitute means which will contribute to the exchange of knowledge and experience in a variety of material according to the legal reforms, social interests and the branches of research which the research group has followed up until this point, broadening all of that which arises from the stated diverse activities.
