She has a degree in Juridical Science from the Catholic University (Chile). She is a lawyer for the Supreme Court (Chile). She has a degree in Business Labour Law by the Business Law Center, Faculty of Law, University of the Andes (Chile). She has been a CONICYT grant holder for Doctorate studies in Chile since 2011. She has been a Procedural Law Professor at the Catholic University of the North (Chile) since 2009.

 

Among her publications, the following articles are highlighted: "The right to recourse in civil procedural material as one of the contents of the constitutional guarantee of the due process and the effectiveness of judicial protection.
