Curriculum Vitae

PhD in Criminal Law, UNED (Spain).

She has got a Master Degree in Comparative Law at USD (USA), and a Research Certificate at the University of Sevilla (Spain).

She is an ex Fulbrighter, and an ex grant holder of the Instituto de Cooperación Iberoamericana.

She is a Senior Professor of Criminal Law, International Criminal Law, and Human Rights, at the University of Buenos Aires (at graduate and postgraduate levels). She is a Senior Professor of Criminal Law, and International Criminal Law, for the District Attorney´s Office (University of Buenos Aires).

She has written the book on torture titled “Análisis dogmático-jurídico de la tortura”, as well as many articles and book reviews. She is in charge of the section on foreign jurisprudence of the Supreme Court of the United States, the French Court of Cassation, and the European Court of Human Rights, for the Criminal Procedure Review edited by Rubinzal Culzoni.

She is the Secretary of Institutional Relations of the Criminal Law and the Criminal Procedure reviews, edited by Rubinzal Culzoni. She is part of the Board of Editors of the Economic Criminal Law Review, edited by Rubinzal Culzoni, and she is responsible of the section of jurisprudence of the Economic Criminal Law web page, by Rubinzal Culzoni. She is also a Public Sworn Translator in English, and translator of Profesor George P. Fletcher.

She has taught Criminal Law and International Criminal Law at the University of the Patagonia (Trelew and Comodoro Rivadavia), the National University of Mar del Plata, the Catholic University of Salta, and the Central University of Ecuador.
