He obtained a Law Degree at the University of Girona in 2011 and a Master's Degree in Law at the University of Barcelona in 2013, with the Final Project: Las acciones colectivas en el ordenamiento jurídico español: fundamento, concepto, capacidad, legitimación e intervención de los interesados. He is a grant holder of the Subprogram of Pre-doctoral Research Grants of Training and Incorporation of Researchers  (FPI-MICINN)  for the completion of his doctoral thesis at the University of Girona in the framework of the National I+D project: Las Reformas Procesales: un análisis comparado de la armonización como convergencia y remisión entre los procesos civil y penal. He is also a member of the Public Law Council and of the group of Current Issues of Procedural Law at the University of Girona.

 

He has participated in many international congresses and seminars, the main ones being: the Erasmus Intensive Programme “Implementation on the (labour) Market of the Lisbon Strategy (ILS), English Legal Methods Summer School 2009, at the University of Cambridge (England) and International Human Rights Law Summer School 2010 at the University of Oxford (England).
