Curriculum Vitae

Professor of Procedural Law at the University of Valencia. She has carried out research stays at universities of Freiburg (Germany), Florence and Genoa (Italy) and New York (USA), as well as teaching stays in Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia), and at the University of Warsaw (Poland).  She is a member of the Editorial Council of the Magazine Iuris Tantum, the Bolivian Magazine of Law and of the Legal Collection of the editorial El País. She is the president of the Arbitral Organ of the Junta Arbitral de Consumo de la Comunitat Valenciana.
