She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and she is a lawyer in the Faculty of Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She is a Teaching Assistant in Administrative Law (2003) and a Teaching Assistant in Constitutional Procedural Law in the Faculty of Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (2005). She has Master’s Degree Studies in Regulation of Public Services and Master’s Degree Studies in Intellectual Property Law and Free Competition at the Graduate School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (2005-2006). Export Promotion Agency Course, Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade and the CEDDET (Center for Distance Learning for Economic and Technological Development) of Madrid (2006).  She was given a Scholarship by the Foundation CEDDET of Madrid (2007). She is a Professor in the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Technology of Peru (2007-2010). She is Associate Professor of Class Actions of Second Specialization in Procedural Law (2012) and since 2009 she has been a Professor in the Faculty of Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She is the author of legal articles published in specialized journals; and of the following articles: Constitutional Procedural Law and binding precedents of the Constitutional Court (co-authored with Dr. Anibal Quiroga León); APECC, Lima, 2009; and Manual of the civil procedural litigant; RAE Jurisprudencia (Journal of Specialized Jurisprudence Analysis), Published by Caballero Bustamante, Lima, 2012. She is a Practicing Lawyer.
