The Research Group targets will be planned on the reforms of criminal and civil proceedings in both, internal and international context. The starting point or initial working hypothesis is confronting the tension juridical efficiency-security in relation with the acceleration of justice in the mentioned areas. These targets follow this line of research of excellence born more than 10 years ago, when the first I+D was obtained and in the specific case of recognition of the group as a consolidated one, since 2005.
