Under this denomination, the ‘Generalitat de Catalunya’ (Autonomous Government of Catalonia) recognizes our group as a consolidated research group, and grants financial assistance in order to fund some of its investigation projects and other activities, which imply transfer of knowledge.

 

Within this setting, and fruit of previous R ­+ D projects and others, which include projects funded by the EU which have not yet been completed, our Group is developing the following lines of investigation: 1) The reform of Justice (civil and criminal aspects and aspects of international significance); 2) Current issues regarding procedural law; 3) Internationalization of Justice and criminal proceedings’ reform; 4) Criminal proceedings in Europe and America; 5) The protection of victims.
